We are Heather and Liz, identical twins from Utah.

From Liz: I am a mother of five, an avid learner, and work as a landscape architect creating beautiful, functional, and sustainable gardens. I have a background in horticulture, permaculture, instructional design, and landscape architecture. I love adventures, nature, gardening, homemaking, reading, creativity, and living a life that brings me beauty and joy. I have a family blog, and my business is Responsive Gardens.
From Heather: I’m a philosopher, writer, and a mother of four kids. I’m usually either spending time with my family, working on a PhD, teaching classes at a university, working on home and garden projects, or hiking. I live in the mountains in a house my grandpa built, along with my husbands, four kids, one dog, two cats, four geese, four ducks, six chickens, one turtle, and two rabbits. I occasionally blog about my thoughts and lessons I’m learning from life.
